Should I mention I know NLP on my CV/Resume?

What is "NLP"? Never use an acronym without spelling out the words.

If it's not relevant to the job you are applying for, don't mention it, or just list it with other skills.

If the job requires NLP, mention it prominently.

Hmm interesting question.

I think it is probably not necessary for a part time job but could go down as a skill or interest.

You could always say something like, "my interest in and study of NLP has allowed me to gain a better understanding of human behaviour and has helped me to develop excellent communication skills."
