while not directly related to education, a neat resource i cam across was Black ops with taylor star i found ths prgram particularly intrguing as it seemed new to me.

Again i have never really specifically seen a program with NLP applied to education but if you listen carefully you will see the techniques almost all of these guys use to make sure you are receotive to what they are saying. It seems to primarily rely on keeping the pupils in a good state….and confident about their own abilities while supporting positive foward thinking. That is how i have always applied the techniques in my own life as a positive reinforcement and not manipulation or control.

I attended a ADHD workshop several years ago presented by author Thom Hartmann.

While it wasn't geared specifically toward languages, several techniques were covered, such as NLP, core transformation, etc.

Hope you find this helpful, and Happy New Year!

I was a great fan of NLP in the past. A famous motivation speaker once come to my college to give a speech. He is a NLP trainer and specialized in the area of accelerated learning. After listening to his speech, I was so inspired by his speech that it gave me a lot of motivation to study.

He integrated strategies like mind maping and memory techniques to help students to learn and absorb faster.

My opinion is NLP is just simply model after the best people out there. Perhaps you can find the best strategies to teach languages to students.
