What's your opinion on NLP?

I does work if you want it to! I have used it in the past and it does work. My only problem is that I have too many problems for NLP to take care of (would take forever).

Not crazy about NLP either. I would suggest something like choice theory and reality therapy. It is very user friendly for both workplace or personal issues, and very practical. Get the book by William Glasser - Choice Theory.
